The ID Academy also provides education on ID document authentication through workshops, E-Learning and lectures at conferences.

Instructors
The ID Workshop and the ID E-Learning is compiled by trainers of the Keesing ID Academy. Our trainers are experienced document experts and keep up with the latest developments in document design, security, and anti-counterfeiting technologies.
Maickel van Oijen works as Manager Operations / Senior Document Expert at Keesing Technologies.
Maickel has accumulated extensive knowledge of ID documents. He is an expert in the field of ID document authentication. For the last 19 years, he has worked in government positions at the Dutch Immigration Office and the Forgery Department at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam.
Maickel has worked as an International Document Trainer at the Expertise Centre Identity Fraud and Documents (ECID), sharing his knowledge by providing ID Document Authentication training for, among others, embassies, consulates, airlines, security agencies, immigration offices and police departments all over the world.
Maickel has been working as a trainer for the Keesing ID Academy since 2016.

Kevin Cabout works as a Forensic Researcher / Document Expert at Keesing Technologies. He is also responsible for the acquisition of (specimen) ID documents. For 9,5 years, Kevin has worked in government positions at the Dutch Immigration Office at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam.
Kevin has been working as a trainer for the Keesing ID Academy since 2022.
